Now granted the location was closed today, but it was so difficult getting the key and finding the truck. The truck was parked somewhere different from where the app said. There is no parking at this location you have to search for seating parking blocks away. I asked, and paid for a dolly and there was no dolly in the uhaul. The key lock was hard to figure out because the dials were rusted. The truck was dirty inside. Truck drove well and everything worked inside of it. Overall this was the worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had.

yihai hHonestly, 1000x better than my first experience a few years ago at a different location. I was in and out of there within 5 mins. I wish I remembered his name, but he honestly took his time explaining the documents and the return was rather seamless as well. Truly sad I’m leaving the area but grateful for a wonderful farewell.
