The ratchets on one of my car carriers were in desperate need of service and should be checked and lubricated often. I definitely cussed more than twenty times especially after cutting my hands up trying to put them on and then off. Of course all my lubricants were packed. "SUCKED"!!

The two employees at the location I got the a were great. When I returned the van the gentlemen was professional and explain everything. Return went well and said we’d rent again.

Dana DWent to the location at 10:10 am (open on line at 10:00am) no one there. Did the return on line and left keys and contract in the box. We are in our 60’s so this may be ok for a 30 yr old but not a great way to do business for our age group. Only was the closest location to our destination.
