The car dolly rented had a malfunctioning tail light. This delayed my schedule, as I had to wait for temporary repairs. The staff was great about working through the issue, but it would have been better to have it working correctly at scheduled time of pick up.

GARY SThe personnel at this U-Haul location were very nice very friendly very helpful. Only it didn’t seem like they were very organized. It took over an hour to get my vehicle. I realize it was the 31st of the month and everybody’s moving but a little bit more organization would be better.
