I accidentally put the keys in the box too soon and the lady was able to help me get them back so I could take the picture I needed . Very friendly

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad no vehicle at original pick up location(Fort Atkinson WI). This was despite reserving truck 4 weeks earlier and confirming 4 days before pickup. Was told to return truck to Fond du Lac. Only found that out due to U Haul rep calling as I was leaving to return truck. Many problems with entire experience. Most professional was staff at Green Bay upon return. Need staff from top down who know what their doing in the U Haul organization.
Timothy GThe worker really didn’t know how to work the U-Haul stuff. My U-Haul didn’t have the dolly in it like it was supposed to and they don’t have any thing extra that they were able to give me
Lindsay EI got scammed, my receipt said I drove 86 miles when there was no chance I drove 86 miles. I got charged over 100 dollars for something that should’ve been no more than 50
Jackson SThe fellow at the station seemed confused and unsure of what needed to be done.
