No one was at the drop off location. Had a sign on the door that said "out on property will return soon" We waited around 30 minutes and finally called uhaul and they said a key drop box was on the EAST gate........ While on phone with uhaul we searched for 10 minutes at the EAST gate and the drop box was NOT on the EAST gate. We finally walked over to the WEST gate and found the drop box. Specific drop box directions should be posted on the front doors of this business if they are going to be gone!!!!!!
WARREN LThe truck should have been washed and filled with gas. The clerk quoted me $19.95 for rental plus 1.00 per mile. The contract he sent said $29.95 for rental, and $1.19 per mile. It should be accurate with his quote at the rental place. He asked me to call and correct it with U-Haul. That’s not right
