The woman that set up our rental pick up was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and was a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery easy and affordable to rent the trucks. Great service and very friendly.
Tracey AWe had requested a dolly but it was not there. Other than that it was good
AHMED KGreat service the rep helped me and was very polite
Lucas SThe attendant at the store was not confident in operating technology to support the transaction. U-Haul was very helpful when I called as I was initially told I could not use another payment method rather than the one I used to hold the reservation. The attendant told me there was not an option to change the payment method and there was nothing she could do. When I called U-Haul, they said using a different payment method was no problem and called the attendant directly to support her in solving the issue.
