Truck wasn't available for the time we needed it. Was supposed to be an after hours pick up but the location did not prepare the truck. Had to wait for them to open next day to pick up truck. Then the size of truck we ordered wasn't available and had to downsize to smaller. Gas tank was close to empty.

Open late is an awesome feature
Martin PI know it was a truck that I rented, but the coffee holders were covered in old dried coffee spills. Other than that all things were great!
Phil SI had asked for a 10' but only the 15' was available and was offered at the same price however i did pay more in gas. Overall the Customer service rep. was helpful and got me the drop off location I wanted. Also I thought the price and mileage allocated were quite fair for an 8 day rental.
