Somebody should be present paid for dolly there was no dolly in truck . Truck was empty on fuel .

After being told that we can pick up our U-Haul even a little bit earlier and going out of our way to go back twice because it was not available the first time we were then told we did not have a Uhaul there to pick up at that point we needed to scramble. I had to Call Uhaul YET AGAIN and get another truck Close to our location this was extremely inconvenient and I was very happy by having to go back multiple times for a truck that never was there. The customer service was halfway decent, but we did not even get our full order. We were supposed to get a dolly and had to go out and purchase an $80 dolly at Home Depot , because it was not with our truck that we finally were able to obtain. Worst experience ever. I did call and put in a complaint which I was told somebody would get back to me in 2 to 3 days. I am expecting a phone call because I will not let this go .
