Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck had trash in it from last driver, the truck randomly died, but luckily started back up with now issues. The air bag light would come on and then go back off. At 1am near the end of my travels the check engine came on. The back of the truck was not swept out before i got it so i had to clean it out as well as the inside so i would not be charged a cleaning fee. Also the guy said i needed to take the car dolley to the main u-haul place to get the straps replaced because they were frayed, instead of the trailer being inspected and made sure it was ready when i picked it up. Honesly just disappointed with the entire experience.

David MLight was not working on first trailer I was hooked up to. Second trailer worked just fine. Took an hour to get my trailer as the U-Haul system was down which was not the locations fault. The location worked to get me my trailer despite the system issue.
Madison STony’s Tire was on top of taking care of us and making sure everything was a100% safe and ready to go. It took us longer to check out because they had to fix the wire with one tail lights. All of the guys from the desk to garage get a double A+ A+. I would not change anything with them. I think all locations should be this AMAZING!
