Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat experience! Couple of minor issues..When picking up the truck I put in the wrong return zip code. App would not let me go back and fix it. Had to use chat to fix which worked great. App took a long time to scan the back of my drivers license. Needs another way as a backup. Otherwise great truck, worked perfectly and automated pick up and return works well. 5 stars to uhaul!
Gerald HThe associate that asssited me with the rental was rude. But the truck itself was reliable.
Ashley BThey were not prepared for our rental. The truck was filthy. The exterior and underside was full of mud. The interior had a horrible odor.
GEORGE MThe representative did not bother to come outside and look at the truck and he did not check it in. He gave me the thumbs up when I handed him the keys. He didn't ask any questions or nothing not helpful at all. I had call and tell him to check it in as well another representative had to call him as well. I will never use Uhaul again.
