Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLet me try to capture my whole rental experience - I am not sure who made the mistake, but my name was spelled wrong in the system. This added confusion when I returned the trailer. As well, the location I was supposed to return the trailer to, per the U-Haul App, was not the location I had to return the trailer to. When I arrived at the identified location, I was told that I had to return it to another location. When I went to that location the attendant told me that they should stop sending me trailers as they had no room for anymore. The whole rental experience (picking up and dropping off) seemed disorganized. Also, as I said above, the trailer was not clean inside. I will say that the trailer was in good operable condition and the people on both ends of the trip were very nice.
Sean mThis is a gas/convenient store. The associate was very friendly but I had to remove my own trailer and push it into a parking spot. She was alone and had convenient store customers going in and out. I couldn't turn the knob to remove the trailer. It was stuck. She had no tool nor could help. I finally used a metal object to loosen the knob..Terrible drop off experience. I almost called uhaul to remove the trailer.
