I ordered two dolly’s and they were Thank you! In the truck. No one was in the office at 4pm on a Tuesday! Had to drive to another U-Haul location to get dolly’s and then return them to that same location then drive the truck its location. Cut time into our moving. I would be reimbursed for the inconvenience.

COSHAWNDRA KTressie was so friendly and understanding when we dropped our truck off. We had already been in contact with an executive named Cheryl, who was the only person within the company who knew what to do in this situation, and who was able to rectify our situation with Alyssa at the location where we picked up the truck. Cheryl has been amazing during this difficult time and has restored our faith in the company. Tressie was understanding and so willing to make sure we were taken care of after confirming with Cheryl that uhaul would be responsible for our extension etc. Tressie went the extra mail to ensure we were all on the same page with our contract and even went so far as to talk to Cheryl over the phone to ease our minds and ensure we were taken care of. Tressie is a top-notch employee!
