Should not take reservation if you are not going to have one at location that your customers want to. Also, I have charged wrong amount that I have been told by associate and you have never called me yet.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYou charged me for returning the truck to another location. You told us to return the truck there so we could get our military discount. This is not right.
Lorretta PI was sent 2 different locations for pick up. Once I got the truck there was no gas in it. I thought I was going to run out before I got to the gas station. We let the attendant know there was no gas but they told we had to get our own gas. Ridiculous
Alexander RAbsolutely awesome
Willa JNew self service was new to me and tge location. They were very helpful. The locks were a little hard to use because of the letter system.
