How about not sending me to a convince store where the guy there speaks terrible English and was super slow at checking me in to get the truck. Also receiving an email at the last minute telling me I would be picking the truck up at a real haul location but at a run down convince store. Communication from uhaul was terrible. And to top it off.... uhaul tried to charge me an extra full day cause the non speaking English guy at the convince store took for ever to check me back in so it made me late after showing up 20 mins early. I will not rent from uhaul again! They need to get their shit together!!

Christopher BIT WAS A GAS STATION WITH ONLY 1 PERSON WORKING AND EVERY TIME SOMEONE CAME IN I HAD TO WAIT WHILE HE TOOK CARE OF THEM. AIR CONDITIONING WAS SHABBY AND IT SMELLED OF INCENSE. ON RETURNING VEHICLE, THE PERSON WORKING HAD NO CLUE WHAT TO DO.
GEORGE WI was offered a discount to go to this location. Was absolutely not worth it! They dont know what they are doing and honestly never dealt with the U-Haul app and they apparently never had either. Not helpful at all. Took us almost an hour to leave because they couldn’t figure out our reservation. Never going back again. Not only did we not get out in time he changed our drop off time to earlier because we were going to bring it back 30 minutes before they closed. Mind you he didn’t tell me that so when I received a text at 3pm it was an hour before our rental was due back I was pissed because i still had another truck load to do and could have had it done if not for the “minor” change and waste if time trying to get the truck in the first place
