I was offered no help to disconnect and drop off the tow dolly, just told where to drop it. I expected more. The live chicken running around the shop was a nice touch. Also, the location was in a multi-purpose building at the end of a dead-end road that had more potholes than flat surface.

Nancy DApp didn't work.
Jason SDo not ever use the U-Haul app to pick up your truck, the U-Haul app would get the lowest rating possible, but that was not the question. The staff at on site RV was great for the return, but the app sucked for pickup since it was before they opened. Pick up from this location during business hours
