The cab of the truck was pretty dirty. Like ground in dirt. Looks like it is only "dry clothed" wipe down. It needed a thorough cleaning. Also, I paid for a furniture dolly and did a contact less and person-less pickup and there was no dolly in the truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLund was perfect. Professional, friendly and everything was great.
DAVID GThe uhaul app was not user friendly to use to check out the truck after hours. Specifically when taking the picture of the vehicles, the pictures didn't show up until you clicked to go back in the app and then the pictures were there.
Mark DThe team at Lund Automotive were extremely helpful with every step of the rental. Overall excellent experience and customer service. I highly recommend Lund and will be using them in the future.
RALPH KAt Lund Automotive the office staff was very helpful. However the gentleman that first approached me when I arrived was not friendly. He parked the truck and headed into the garage so I followed him. Once inside the garage he said I had to go to the office. He has not very helpful or friendly.
