The guy there was friendly and helpful. He got me my key for the truck I needed for a one-way move to Upstate New York with no problems whatsoever. Thank you, sir! The 20' truck I reserved turned out to be a brand new Ford E-Series with only 445 miles on it and it performed incredibly well. I had it packed full and it handled perfectly with no problems even at 65 MPH on the highway. The only downside was it got about 10 mpg. But, I'd recommend that truck regardless. U-Haul did an excellent job labeling how to use the gauges and the special button to turn on/off the transmission boost from empty to full load.

THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL I'M PAYING YOU ANOTHER $400 - SORRY !!!!!!
DEREK GIt took me a long time to be able to get into the lock box to get the key, U-Haul then texted me while I had the vehicle to make sure I filled up the gas tank before I got back so I would not receive extra fees even though when I first got the truck the gas tank was not full and I went under 15 miles in total with the span of two hours, the only pleasant part of the experience was your live operators.
