Unit has debris in back and was obviously never inspected. It ran horribly to the the point of being unsafe. When on highway, and approaching a stop , the engine actually started revving when applying the brakes with the tachometer almost going into the red! I had to fight the acceleration when applying the brakes. It also because of this ate up fuel excessively. I rented many u-haul trucks so. I am aware of what fuel consumption should be

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad to call CS on second day after drop off because it had not been checked back in. The truck was dirty and had mechanical issues. Plus, their location was not clearly signed and I did not know where office was. Never use it again. I will drive the extra miles to next location
Joanne BI don't need U-Haul trucks very often, but this is my favorite location in Franklin NC. The owners are always friendly and helpful as well. The location is very convenient as well. Thank you.
Cory STruck was ok, but not completely clean
Cindy SI advised that my first name was incorrect and suspected that my phone number was incorrect from the original place that I booked the reservation as I never received any text messages and had to follow up myself. I would have liked Tires on Main to correct this information, however they took my email so at least I got a copy of the contract. ***they were extremely helpful hooking up the trailer and making sure all connections worked.
