The Country Host Inn looks like a closed, unkempt business. Spoke to a person who was in a remote location, maybe at the Inn, maybe not. Not especially helpful. Told me to call U-Haul support and use the app to turn in the trailer. The U-Haul rep on the phone was exceptional!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStop deceptive advertising. Instead of boasting a low daily rental rate, clearly display the mileage rate so customers have a clear understanding of the potential actual cost. I found out yesterday how crazy expensive it is to rent at u-haul. $270 + $74 for gas.
Deborah WWe usually do an early morning pick up between 830 and 9 o’clock. The hostess is in the back office and usually emerges in her pajamas. The property is not very well maintained and we sustained a flat tire on our personal vehicle today when picking up the trailer this morning. We had to stop to replace it before we could start our day. It put us behind schedule. Unfortunately, this is the only location for pick up in our area that’s open on Sundays.
