Christopher MThe 2 ladies in the office were incredibly helpful & kind. It was an excellent experience overall 🤗
Manda WYou were not allowed to leave your car in the parking lot, which was never stated beforehand, and there was no signage posted to indicate this policy. I had already picked up the rental and then had to return to the location again just to move my car, which created a significant inconvenience. No accommodations were made to allow me to move or park my car anywhere within the lot. I don’t understand if the expectation is that two people must always be present—one to drop off the renter and one to take the rental vehicle. For this reason, I will not be returning to this location.
Darya MI can't remember the name of the representative that was working that day. However, she was very kind and helpful. She is definitely an asset to the business and will drive repeat customer engagement due to her customer driven personality.
