Arrived and did not have the dolly or furniture blankets we reserved. Sent us to another location to go get them and then come back for the truck. Unprofessional of uhaul when people are in a time crunch moving. Not the first time I've shown up and they don't have important items I reserved for a move. Don't rent out items without knowing if that particular location has them.
YASHAR EVery disappointed that uhaul has not provided a trailer dolly to help the franchisee lift heavy trailer tongues onto my hitch. I tried it and could not budge it. Shame! Otherwise, the experience was without any problems. staff very professional and helpful. Trailer was clean and ready as promised.
