because when we went into rent a storage unit we were told as a perk we got the truck for free and then we went in on the day of moving and was told no we were told wrong by the person who was working in the office that day so we had to pay for the truck i think they should have given us the truck like we were promised because we were going with this storage or another one and they both had free use of truck so we went with security and then after we did the paperwork and came back the day to get the truck it was not free so pretty upset we were mislead by that

I'll go back to the Prospect Blvd location. The woman at the desk was lovely & understanding but there was nothing she could do.
