The U-Haul person when I returned the U-Haul was very disrespectful and curse me out because I told him I couldn't park a big vehicle and all he did was yell at me and called me a bitch. I will never get a U-Haul from them again

Truck was great. Worked and was clean. The customer service of the attendant/gas station attendant is trash. They need to communicate better with each other and customers. Also operation hours should reflect the time staff (if needed) is working
Justin TIt took nearly an hour to finish the paperwork before being able to drive away with the rental truck (even though there was no line waiting). The truck was dirty inside and out. We made sure to sweep out the truck and returned it better than we received it.
Gonzell TThe truck was sitting under a tree which had completely coated the truck, including windshield and mirrors, in sticky sap, which had then adhered leaves and twigs to the windshield and hood of the truck. I drove across the street to gas up because they had window washing supplies available (the pickup location only sold gas and had no cleaning available), I was able to get the windows, side mirrors, and headlamps clean but it took some scrubbing. When I went to drive the truck night was falling and rain rolled in, it was only then that I realized the inside windshield had something on it. Busy traffic at night, pouring down rain, and driving through construction areas at highway speeds I grabbed for a wool cap I’d brought along to attempt to wipe a clearer view, which made the smear turn into fog. A very intense bit of driving later I found an exit and immediately pulled off, I went inside and explained my situation and the attendant saturated paper towels with Windex and told me to come back in if that didn’t work. Thankfully that worked, but lacking the cleanliness and safe visibility of a rented moving van had placed me into a very dangerous situation. Due to my own efforts I left the van in much better shape than it had been in when I received it. I am seriously doubting that u will rent from U-Haul ever again.
Yvonne UThe truck was filthy dirty on the inside and on the outside. I did not want to touch anything in the truck. The truck was in horrible condition. They cheated me out of 9.00 saying I didn’t feel the gas up to where it was when I got but I know in fact I did. Total rip off
