I would like to know why an extra $100 was required when paying cash instead of card.

Michelle M.The Uhaul representative asked for two forms of ID, which was not the standard operating procedure according to another Uhaul facility within the same local area. The representative at this location was not professional and appeared to have a bad attitude. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. In fact I would encourage everyone to stay away from this location.
