I was overcharged for 3 days, when I called to get it corrected the guy said there's no cameras and he was told I didn't return the vehicle on time. There's signage ever that says there's surveillance as well. I used the vehicle for probably 6-7 hours tops and returned to the same store where I picked up.. keys were dropped in drop box. When I asked for his name he would not provide it to me. 5700 Salem run in Fredericksburg is the location to be exact !

No “uhaul employee” was their when I arrived at 10:45, for my 10:30 pickup time. Was there almost an hour before I was able to get the key for my truck, employee barely spoke to me or apologized for having me wait so long. Will never use this location again.

KHALILA GThe vehicle was not ready and the reservation was not loaded into the app properly. This caused a three hour delay and countless frustrations. It has to be one of the worst customer service experiences of my entire life. I will never rent or use another U-Haul service for the rest of my life.
