I was able to get there while someone was there and made it very easy.

Alaina CThe location was very open which I liked, but receiving the code for the lock box didn’t work well. After I paid, it said I would get the code for lockbox 1 after the transaction was approved. A few minutes later I got an email receipt, but no code. Tried calling the number on the contract, no one picked up. Tried calling the UHaul main number, was on hold for forever. Finally used the chat and got the code for lockbox 1, but there was no key. Had to get code for lockbox 2 where the key actually was.
CHELSEAMARIE AEmployee was difficult and had poor social skills.
Joseph WCustomer rep was not friendly, charged my account an extra $25.00 because I did not fold and bag the moving blankets. I spent $2,400.00 on this move, drove 1200 miles to be scolded for not folding the blankets. I WANT CREDITED FOR THE $25.00!! This location represents your company and reputation! Poor, very poor!
