That location shouldn't be allowed to rent U-Haul anymore. I rent a van for 3 hours and used it for an about 25 miles. Monmouth collision charged me $275 for 309 Miles( that means I was driving more than 100 miles an hour without loading and unloading) . When I called the guy , he refused to correct his mistake and was very nasty and told me to call U-Haul. I called U-Haul customer service and was able to get a refund of$195. That location is a Rip off

Alex ANothing! John was very helpful and pleasant. Your 1800gouhaul operator was also very kind and helpful. My husband and I were very satisfied! Truck was new and clean, and drove great!
lisa rNo one was present at the location. I had to download the app and it did not work well: slow, would not accept the photos I was instructed to take of the vehicle, etc. The customer service people I spoke to on the phone were polite and helped as much as they could.
