The woman who was in the office was very helpful but U Haul had unilaterally changed the drop off location to a different town without our permission and we were told we would be paying a a heavy fine if we didn't go along with this change. Outrageous. The woman in the office helped us resolve this unfortunate situation. As a result, I would not recommend any U haul location to a friend.

Christl BStaff at All Island UHaul Freeland location were great.
Pat KVery helpful staff !! To say this was a $19.99 rental is VERY misleading when it turned out to be over $142. No one ever mentioned a mileage charge. Really disappointing to have such a difference in the total price.
Louis KSame story. I was given false information the same as the pickup location and was charged over $100 more than the quote. Have yet to receive a reply from the regional manager as promised.
