The inside of the rental truck box was not swept out. I had to sweep the broken plastic pieces out when inspecting the vehicle before using. The check app where you take pictures of the vehicle didn't work well. It took 10 minutes and several times reviewing to complete the pre-viewing of pictures of the rental truck outside and inside the box.
