The trailer was great. I arranged everything online and did not ask for the $8 towing safety package but he charged me anyway, so the online reservation doesn't seem to work and is easily changed by each dealer. This was a bit deceiving.

We had a reservation for 10:45 on 7/19 for pick up and the salesman wasn’t there. We called him and he said he went to run an errand and to give him 30 minutes. We waited outside in the heat for 50 minutes. Poor customer service from him. On the website shows “open hours”
Fidelia LFirst of all I find out the day before that the truck I reserved was not available where I requested it. I was an extra day and 50 mikes extra miles for the inconvenience. I was asked if I could luck uo the truck a day early and I could not as I had 6 workers coming to help me and I am 3 hours away from my requested location now it’s additional 30 minutes to get theatrics from an alternate location. This is the second time I reserve a truck in plenty of time and the day before I’m advised the truck is not available. Also when I arrived to pick up truck I asked to add an additional driver so my son-in-law could also drive the truck. The contract was then put in his name instead of mine which I didn’t notice until I got a call to advise me of the location to return the truck. I called back and requested the contract be corrected and I was told it was done then when I arrived to return the truck contract still in my son-in-law’s name. I will no longer use your company it’s too uncertain if the products and services I need will be available. Also I returned the truck 2 days early.
JASON MThe owner/operator was very helpful and responsive, however the facility itself was a very tight fit to return a trailer to and it was a little bit hard to find and determine which was the U-Haul building.
