The guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was very easy to pick up and drop off at this location.

Michael KI was overcharged $16 for gas. I had filled up before returning. Went back and showed to the store guy and he acknowledged that it was an error and I was told that it will be reversed and I will receive a credit. I have not seen it so far - it has been 24 hrs. I will be disputing the charge on my card unless someone contacts me and fixes this issue.
Ram VAbout the only thing needed would be a sign for n the Smoke Shop building. It could be hard to find.
Bryan PThe location was convenient however U-Haul is not the primary business at this location. We stopped at the gas station right next door to the drop off and filled up the truck (can provide receipt). We took a photo of the fuel level along with return mileage, there was a fuel charge on the final receipt. I will not use this location again.
