I rented a 15 foot truck and U-Haul replaced it with a 20 foot truck. I was charged for the 20 foot truck even though I did not request it. I think they should have honored the 15 foot truck rate. I paid $10 more for something I did not request. Pretty tricky way to charge a customer more than what was quoted.
