Paul BThe lock boxes were all frozen over and hard to open
Kristina SThere is no WiFi or good Internet service. We spent more than 30 minutes walking around hoping to get 2 bars. To take photo, leave one spot to take pic then return to spot to upload for every photo. The owner came out and only said hello as he walked by. When he came back the next time, asked how we were, I said “been better”, he just laughed and said “yeah, service is bad. “We’ve tried everything.” And continued to his location. The truck was great, location is less than ideal for after hour pick up due to lack of internet service.
EDWARD BA call back was requested from higher up ! No call at all! We had to unbury the truck as well as plow the driveway with a nearby neighbor from the 8 in of ice and snow ! Another customer was also there ! We had to use tow straps to dig uhauls out ! No two at the uhaul dealer (house) I have footage and pictures ! No response to date! I also had the uhaul reps several time on the phone for this ordeal ! No call no refund as promised ! Joes towing should be held accountable
