The vendor was very nice and met us earlier than planned. However, the trailer was equipped with a twist-on style of attachment and it was not attached properly. We actually had the trailer come unhooked on a five-lane freeway! UHaul Roadside assistance sent out a young woman who was amazing and helped us get up and running in no time. She did mention that it was not attached properly in the beginning. Luckily, no one was hurt and we were able to continue on our trip.

I would not want to use this truck again and I would never drive it out of town !!! . the location has their door locked and took a very time to answer the phone and come to the door and then you have to stand outside in the very hot sun to do business. I was not told that there would be a mileage charge ! local. when I returned to pick up the truck no one would answer the phone, it took a very time to get anyone to the door to get the truck. im a 84 year old real estate broker/owner and have never been treated like this person does business! years past I had your truck rental in my business it was good ! good day
