I didn’t like the fact that when you arrive to pick up the truck at the U-Haul location, you still have to go through a lot of additional steps. It would be much better if all the necessary verification and document uploads could be completed at the time of booking.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI didn't get any money back because of gas but I had put gas back in it's just the location of this uhaul is out in the middle of nowhere.
Tracy AThey get over, soon as I pulled out of the store the miles shot up 3 miles …do not rent
Isaiah SI did not like that it took so long for them to get started on a transaction that was already set in place. I also did not like that they asked me for my card information over the phone. Did not feel safe giving my full card details over the phone to someone who I did not know, did not call, could hardly understand anything he was saying, from a number I did not recognize, and at a corner store. He could have been anyone asking for my card account details. This was not the best way to conduct a transaction. Would not recommend (0 out of 10).
Andrea LJust dropped off. Didn't see anyone.
