Brandon C.I was mislead about pricing and time of use. I was not given instructions on returning the truck except for where to park it. I agree to the 14,95 insurance and was charged 28$ instead. What started as an expensive 78$ U-Haul rental ended up costing me 140$ not including the gas I had to put in it. It only had a quarter of a tank so I had to get gas right from the beginning of my move just to make it there. I'm very disappointed. When I realized I veas supposed to open the text message and follow the link to check in the truck it was too late. I tried to call this place and it would ring twice then give a busy signal so I didn't even get to speak to anyone.
