The young lady working at the site was nice and polite, but the communication from the U-Haul agent was slow. The young lady needed help resetting her password and couldn't get any help. So I sat for about hour waiting.

Poor communication, truck was not vacuumed properly, latch on back was hard to open and close

Jennifer RIt’s a gas station with the tiniest sign and no clear uhaul representation. I actually drove around the block and had to call uhaul to find where I was supposed to return my truck. Not even one other piece of uhaul equipment or even parking for their vehicles at this location. I parked in the back by the trash can and dropped my keys and contract in the lock box. 2 days later I got multiple calls and emails that I hadn’t returned my equipment. Completely terrible experience, over charged and nothing professional about my experience with uhaul. Very disappointed and will not be recommending to anyone.
CRYSTAL CI STRONGLY recommend that you remove this location from your drop-off list. It was a very poor experience. There is no one there who knows anything at all about the UHaul process. When the app didn't work, we had to call customer service trying to get the truck checked in. After repeated calls that day and the following day, they sent someone over to check it in. Had I known, I would have requested a different location.
