Key box was not in an intuitive spot.... never mind the app not being intuitive to work. I also don't want to be bombarded with MAGA politics when I'm going to pick up a moving vehicle. Had I known, I would not have wanted to give them my business. They had several signs in very prominent locations.
Walton RWe received assistance from a representative even though the site was closed for business. Improvement is needed for the return process. The app is not user friendly. Grateful that the representative processed the return manually.

JACOB CCame in to Oak Miniature Golf to rent the U-haul (Only place that had a truck to rent the day of) Bill the owner, was strange to interact with and even made my wife feel uncomfortable to be around due to him pointing and going to touch a tattoo on her upper leg. The truck had less the a quarter of gas in it when I picked up, trash scattered around the cab of the truck, and seemed to not be cleaned whatsoever. Needless to say I used the truck and brought back next day early.
