The gas station that the U-haul was rented from sold very inappropriate materials and we will rent u-hail's from a different location in the future.

Marie was excellent and very helpful; However, the backup chain connection was so bent that it would not go over the hitch. We had to purchase additional carabiners to attach to the car. (added 45 minutes to the pick-up) The inside was quite dirty. Had to be cleaned before we would load in furniture. It was, however, convenient.
Lynn JOnly one person knew what to do so they had to call to just get instructions. Also, service is poor so after 30 minutes of trying to upload drop off pictures and pictures not processing m, I had to just have them call that person to do a drop off.
