Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was very difficult to get out and to return vehicle. The truck wiper blades didn’t work on a rainy Saturday. There is no adequate lighting when returning vehicle at night. The pickup location was 30 minutes furthers than where I had requested. More time and more mileage.

ANDREW BComplete rip off!!!! The price quoted isn't close the final total. I got charged for an extra day, equipment was returned at 1:20pm. I got charged a fuel surcharge even though I returned the truck with more gas than it had when I rented it. And the additional equipment I ordered wasn't in the truck, so I had to call, spend 20 minutes on the phone with uhaul, then drive to a different location to pick it up. Complete waste of my time. They over charged me, ripped me off for days and fuel, didn't have my equipment, and the truck was dirty. The Truck had so little fuel when I picked it up I barely made it to the gas station.
Joseph RNo one came to check my rental back in. I had to find someone that worked there for them to tell me to pull the trailer around the back and park it in the grass. He never even came to see where I parked it. Not helpful.
