No one came to check my rental back in. I had to find someone that worked there for them to tell me to pull the trailer around the back and park it in the grass. He never even came to see where I parked it. Not helpful.

Run down location. No process for checking equipment back in. Did everything myself including texts to a phone number that it had been returned
Chris MPersonnel was helpful, but they had very pointed responses, I did not receive any documentation or have to sign-off on anything when I dropped it off. They just told me to put the trailer over by the other trailer and that was it. I don't even know if there was an office to go into.
