Joshua JI had to pick up a truck 202km away from where i originally booked it. The truck I rented had a check engine light on when I picked it up. Plugged in my OBD-II scanner and it had 9 active/stored engine fault codes, all relating to engine misfires.
Erim NMy original booking was for the Drayton Valley, Home Away Inn site for a remote pick-up on Sunday morning. When I arrived I discovered the location operator had failed to arrange the pick-up. This person cost me time and money. I will never rent from there again and I will actively encourage others not to use that location. I’m disgusted by the lack of professionalism exhibited by that operator in the name of UHaul.
