Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI’ve used this location twice. The lot is small, but I didn’t have any issues getting our truck in or out.
Joshua MApp didn’t work, the code didn’t work, the first van number/letter combo on the app was not for a van onsite and employee couldn’t make the app to work, it was over an hour to actually leave the location with the van - I wasted $120 in help costs because of U-Haul app delays and non response from the usual help line and the same employee couldn’t explain what the additional charges were for on the return. Btw when I called the number from the app on the pickup, the line dropped after a long wait and nobody called me back.
James OI was charged for moving supply
Gerard VAgent did not know the services that were sold and could not explain the charges. Waisted time picking up and dropping off. I was also miss charged because the agent miss informed me.
