I had scheduled an app pickup for 8am as the location's stated opening time was 9am. When I arrived, the location was open so I went inside to secure my rental. Apparently the truck had not been checked in from the night before and I had to wait about 40 minutes before I could leave with the truck. If the location had not been open, I would not have been able to obtain the truck as it would have not been electronically available and I would have had to wait an hour until 9am. We had moving help scheduled to arrive at our home at 9am so the help would have been sitting with nothing to do for about 30 minutes. As it turned out, there was only about a 10 minute wait before the movers could start.

The only complaint I have is the U-Haul app. If you are going to make people take several pictures upon return, make the app faster at uploading photos.

George RThe only problem I have was the cost. I understand everybody’s gotta make a living, but it cost me $30 in fuel to fill back up $70 to use the truck and I only went probably 40 miles.That was a cost 2.75 per mile and I did all the work involved . Thanks
