Have the U-Haul parked to where it is easy to get out of the parking space. I had to drive / move 2 other trucks to get to my rental move it and park the other trucks back it's not the customer job to move vehicles. I was very disappointed.It took time to move the trucks which caused me to late for my movers and it is not easy climbing into those big trucks multiple times to moves them . I won't use U-Haul again nor will my friends or family with this kind of service.

The place and uhaul was nasty
AARON DStaff at the counter was clueless and took a long time to get us on the road. He was also busy ringing up customers (it was a gas station). However he did try his best to make sure we were being charged correctly.
CHARISSE TThe number one thing very nice, but they do not have a grass with the English language, which makes it difficult to do business. The lady that owns the location she does, but her staff doesn’t understand English very well. Makes it difficult for someone that only speaks English to communicate and understand What you’re paying in my case I went and pre-read the truck I thought and I was gonna pick it up the next day while he rides it up that I picked it up the day I was in there talking to him so I ended up having to pay that rent plus Insurance that if it has been the correct amount of understanding between each other, it would’ve never happened so it’s not much I mean I’ll ask $50 plus whatever tax is excuse me is $45 plus tax not that doesn’t mean much but it doesn’t scope that I’m willing to let it go or somebody else may not be so you always gotta keep in mind customers first always I’m a salesman for 65 yearsI know how to deal with people and you know nothing wrong with the man that just vocabulary in English is not very strong.
