Unfortunately, the truck was not on the curb as indicated in the mobile app. In the rain, I looked at every each truck to find the right one. Would have been very convenient to have had the truck pulled out for reservations, especially when a credit card has been provided. The staff; however, are really amazing. Lastly, the mobile app process isn't really convenient. It's a lot of steps while sitting in a car; didn't realize Uhaul was going to call my emergency contact. Therefore, they didn't answer a strange morning call from Uhaul, which reset my check-in. There were no options to have Uhaul retry the number, only provide a different. So, it was a process of calling my contact and letting them know Uhaul was calling so they would pick up. My contact called Uhaul to help me out and finally Uhaul customer service called me to advise my contact didn't pick up. What an odd process, especially when I'm renting a Uhaul storage unit, so with all the photos, I've been fully verified. All in all, it's more convenient, logical and pleasant just to go inside for future rentals.
