angela gThis was the aboslute worst experience I have ever had with a rental. The front cashier made me wait 15 minutes while he server other customers due to his lack of knowledge. When the manager finally showed up he demanded my wifes phone number and when that wasnt good enough he pressured me to give him a friends phone number too. When I returned the vehicle I had the same issue. No communication whatsoever. I was also charged a 19 dollra fee for coverage which I specifically clicked off during my reservation. I will NEVER rent Uhaul again, it is just full of hidden fees.
