This was the aboslute worst experience I have ever had with a rental. The front cashier made me wait 15 minutes while he server other customers due to his lack of knowledge. When the manager finally showed up he demanded my wifes phone number and when that wasnt good enough he pressured me to give him a friends phone number too. When I returned the vehicle I had the same issue. No communication whatsoever. I was also charged a 19 dollra fee for coverage which I specifically clicked off during my reservation. I will NEVER rent Uhaul again, it is just full of hidden fees.

Nous sommes au Québec, commencez pas me parler en français. Le camion était propre mais il y avait des lumières d’entretien d’allumer. Rien à redire sur le service reçu
philippe tSelf service was not working on my phone. The store clerk didnt want to serve me at the counter, he told me to use self service. After 45 min of creating an account on my phone, I still didn't have the option to pick up the truck in the app and there were no clear way to switch option from counter service to self service in the app. Finally the clerk decide to fix the rental with his computer after he notice I was loosing patience and just about to cancel my rental. App was not user friendly in my opinion and the youtube video that explain uhaul app was not the same as the one I downloaded on google app. When I returned the truck, I try again self service it worked all the way to the gaz and milleage and there was a message that said thank you please wait a few moment so we treat the information, I waited 10 min and the bottom line was still processing and freeze. I tried a second time, and same so I decide to give back the key to the store clerk and tell him to take care of closing the bill himself. By the way I got a samsung A52 5g, my phone is up to date.
LUC FThe customer experience was very poor. I got at the location on time. The clerk started doing my paperwork but would interrupt it everytime another customer came in. I ended up waiting an entire hour before i got the keys. Mind you, i had rented the truck for four hours only. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. When i complained about having to wait so long. The clerk told me it s not a big deal.
Nathan Ttook me more than an hour to confirm my reservation, had to call 2 different departments ... lady at this place doesn't know any U-Haul rental procedures, she had to call her boss who was shopping and made me wait for 30 minutes to call back, i thought my reservation was made previously and i had received a confirmation,...so ridiculous ! then to return the truck i had to sit in my car for 30 min to do the return process.. your self checking 24/7 thing is absolutely waist of time and frustrating with all the picture we have to make etc.. tuck was showing low tire pressure. 3 hours waisted for 30 minute trip with the truck, next time ill rent a truck from home depot or somewhere else !
