Did not have the vehicle on site we'd rented through the online system. Owner put an unauthorized amount through on my card. Charged for gas even though we'd refuelled to same amount it had. Had to deal with dispute resolution. Not fully resolved. Avoid this location.

Tania LWait 2hrs for the guy , didn’t answer his phone Call U-Haul for another truck . Start the truck 2 min after starting the truck system overheat and Batterie logo pop up , the brake was jam and the wheel was not turning call U-Haul again, they finally found me a truck at hull boul Jean Proulx . With all this bullshit I was d’opposés to have my truck at 4h30 pm and I received the truck at 8pm This owner should not rent équipement that is not working correctly. all this shit for his 20% quote

Eric BHi, I am from Quebec City and I made a reservation in Gatineau one week before the pickup date. The day before the pickup, I was given a location 50 km away from the initial one, with the explanation that no trucks were available. They offered me 50 km free as compensation. On the day of the pickup, I couldn't find the truck, and the second location was more than 55 km away, resulting in a delay of over 2 hours and a drive of more than 100 km to finally get the truck. The second location was closed, and my experience with customer service over the phone was poor. Additionally, the truck was not fully fueled. When I tried to return the truck, your website was not working, preventing me from properly processing the return through my account. This morning, I received the receipt, but I didn’t get the discount that was promised, and I was charged extra for fuel, even though I have photos showing the fuel levels before and after. I kindly ask you to review the total amount charged for the truck rental. Thank you.
