Don't advertise truck guaranteed when you don't have the truck. Also letting the customer know the new pick up location when making the customer change their moving plans due to a lack of proper vehicles. Also more staff on site. Took an hour and a half just to see a sale representative. On a positive note though, the individual who helped us when we finally got to the front desk was amazing and very helpful!Jazmin E.

I had made a reservation to pickup a 6x12 but there's wasn't any available??? They told me.ti call then1800 # and organize myself. That's not how you threat your customers. I even did the check in online so it could be easier. Why make a reservation if you can't honor it?? Thank you for taking this comment seriously and I hope that you will follow-up JC LachanceJC L.

I booked a trailer for 24 hours. I called the day before to confirm pickup and drop off times. When I showed up 15 min before opening (@6:45) I was met by a worker smoking outside who told me I'd have to have it back by 13:30. Wasted 25 minutes of our day and barely got the 5'x8' trailer back by 18:30 (returned @ 18:29). The same man did a good job training a new person on hookup. A different man was very helpful to unhook the trailer but I had to call the next day to receive the contract close email. Please do not book over other peoples time slots or offer alternative equipment.Kyle B.
I was told twice that I will get a refund for the insurance that I paid for which was for 3 days. This was told to me by two staff. When I brought the trailer back to London I was quickly told that this was not correct. Very disappointedMark J.
Manager did not inform clients of renovations taking place preventing all clients from having access to their storage space for approx. 4 days. Manager was aware of these renovations months in advance and did not provide any communique to any clients yet still continued to rent out space and trucks when no access to internal lockers were available. Very poor management and no communication of basic information to clients.Louis P.
The first time i reserved a truck at this location, the lady at the desk gave my reservation to somebody else without telling us. She was immediatly extremely rude and agressive with her tone of voice and words. I was very kind and just left the place , she was very scary screaming at people in line. She never offered a solution to get a truck at another location, there were many trucks parked there. This week i gave it a second try, i reserved a truck at the same location, the same lady was there. She rude to other customers in line with her tone of voice. The employees seem to be scared of her, so they wont say anything. First thing she says to customers is that she is the boss of the place. I had some questions about my rÃ©servation the next day, i called her , my husband called her too. She is a dangerous person, she screams on the phone, she yells, hungs up on the phone to customers, even if the customer is calm. I was so scared to go back to the location and she would be aggressive. I will never never never go back to this place. Please you have to do something not only because you are losing customers, but your employees are in danger! Their mental health is in danger having a manager like her, i have never seen something like this before, i am not exagerating. This is for real! I really hope you do something , she says she has been there for 3 years. Many Many negative reviews on Facebook and google about the manager. Rented a trailer, but it was not well hooked to our car so, after driving 700 m, the trailer went off and almost hit the car behind me and slingshot back on us... We managed to stop and hopefully have no damage on the car (will have it checked). When we brought it back, we explained the situation and got very little reaction and no apology or further explanation... A little disappointing to say the least...Eric L.

Someone at your company needs to have a talk with the manager (Tania) at this location. Never have I dealt with a manager with such terrible customer service. I do admit I was upset on the phone (seeing as my entire reservation experience was terrible from the start) but I never swore or insulted her. She however kept repeating to me how the line was recorded and she proceeded to tell me â€œI'm 37 not 12 like you, I'm ending this conversationâ€ She did issue me a 100$ refund, which I still think is unacceptable. I should be fully reimbursed for everything All I see on google reviews are complaints about this women. I was told I would receive a call from someone but all I got was a voicemail from Tania and I had told your customer service rep that I refused to speak to her. If I could give her a zero rating I would, which is sad as we've always used uhaul. Hopefully someone talks to her.Francois S.
Chose the 24/7 share option and when we got there at 8am to pick up our truck the site told us that our reservation had now been changed to in hand pick up at 9am. We had no prior notice that our reservation had been changed to in hand pick up at 9am. Only one person works at the cash so they line to check in your truck or check out your truck is extremely slow.Felix L.
I rented a cargo van, everything was great, took the insurance just to be safe, they hooked the trailer and I drove off without doing a check of it's condition. When I arrived home, I noticed that the cover of the wheel was bend, didn't affect the trailer therefore I ignored it thinking that it wasn't a big deal. When I returned the trailer, I was grilled that I caused this damaged. I explained that it was like this at pick-up, but they argued that it was impossible as a sticker would have been on this damaged part. After spending 10 minutes while she (the person in charged) was trying to find the photos of the trailer prior to my location, the attendant that hooked the trailer the day before arrived and concurred that the damage was there before my rental. She never apologized for accursing me of damaging and lying which I think is extremely unprofessional. I have learned that the insurance has a deductible of $150 and you should always take several photos of whatever you rent as to protect yourself. The lady in charge was extremely confrontational and unprofessional.Eric R.
The Man working at the counter when I showed up was SUPER amazing at his job. They appeared to be short staffed. This guy was helping customers, answering phones AND showing people the trucks they rented! He kept his cool and was quick and efficient.
