Moving blankets laying all over the bed of the truck, gas tank on empty, and the app continually crashed while trying to pick up and drop off the truck. The location I picked the truck up from has no idea about anything uhaul and was no help. After the app crashed numerous times while taking pictures, it lost the whole drop off process and I never had the chance to properly finish the drop off. I gave the key to the facility, that shouldn't even be running this service out of their business, since they barely speak English and don't know anything about the uhaul process. The worst experience I've had with uhaul.

Joseph ZCustomer service when I dropped off truck was mediocre at best. Could have been language barrier, but a "thank you" after spending $3800 with U-Haul would have been nice....
JAMES RInform them about paying for gas upfront and not within the contract or during the return.
Tyler SNeed new locks put on the lockboxes. They are rusted and do not open when entering the combination. Had a lot of troubles with pickup.
