Remote drop-off was easy, albeit a lengthy process.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe people over at this location had helped me in a pinch when I needed a U-Haul truck to tow a 50 foot boom lift 100 feet around a home for my business, Full Coverage Painting, LLC in Mukwonago, WI. The U-Haul website was down during the time that I was trying to rent it and they went through every avenue available to help me finalize my rental so I could finish up my work. I am very thankful for their help during a time when U-Haul's website and Point of Sales was down.
Rich DThe cashier/agent was very kind however the truck was disgusting. There was mud/dirt and left over food all over the floor. The bed of the truck was just as dirty.
Colleen BMore comment for U-Haul in general. Absolutely no one recommends U-Haul pickup locations to their friends.
STEVEN PI ordered 10 pads that were supposed to be in the truck and there were none. I did obtain one from the employee at the location. Very frustrating seeing that I was charged for them.
