My contract only listed a city for drop off. I went to this location, because it was the only one in the city. They did not have me in there system to drop off the truck. I had to call the 800 number to tell them address of the place so I could drop off the truck. 30 min of wasted time getting that sorted out. Drop off locations should be on your contract from the start.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGet rid of the app pickup/drop off in this location. Minimal signal makes it impossible and frustrating to do anything on the app. Will never go thru the app again.
Nicole VOnly one u-haul truck on premises.
Robert Lthe truck was returned a day ahead of when it was due and since they were closed they charged me for an extra day even though they were closed. The truck was very beat up and the back had not been swept out. There was also stuff left in the back from the previous rental.
donald oWas happy to be able to rent a truck at short notice. Check in and check out very easy.
