Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas a great experience with one exception. The AC in the truck did not work. Moving in an 85 degree day is challenging when there is no AC relief. I spent $333 for the experience. Not really worth it
KRISTINA MThe Location and the personnel @ this location was very professional and helpful; however the equipment...HAD NO AIR CONDITIONING and based on the lack of air coming out of vents I would assume when it gets cold there will be NO HEAT; there were several lights on the dash board that was lit up...and appears to be issues w/air bags? (not a good thing if you have an accident and your driving)....very disappointed in the condition...did not represent UHAUL very well....The question of recommending this location: I choose NO; not because of the location/personnel but because of the current equipment.....
SHERRY WThe staff at this location were wonderful and friendly and super helpful. What was not wonderful is Uhaul's reservation system and app itself. I cannot fathom why I was able to reserve moving equipment (hand truck, furniture dollies, and moving blankets) that were not even available at this location. When I tried to call the number on my reservation for help, I was transferred to three different corporate places and spend over an hour on the phone explaining the same dilemma and nobody was capable of helping, at all. Uhaul's automated phone system is AWFUL, frustrating and of NO help. The truck was and clean and worked well, but I cannot empasize enough the poorly managed
